This beautiful home for sale is located at 1010 W 2nd Ave in the heart of Grandview. It is larger than your typical home in the area. It features 4 bedrooms with a master suite on the 1st floor and 2 full baths.
This lovely home has been updated throughout. Roof, windows and gutters were replaced in 2003, insulation was added at the same time. And the kitchen was completely remodeled a few years ago. There are hardwood floors throughout, all original woodwork and lots of built-in storage!
This is a modern home with the charm of a small community on a quiet street. Don’t forget to look at all 18 pictures of this classic Grandview Heights home .
Grandview Heights was one of the first settlements in the Columbus area. It is located just south west of the Ohio State Campus in close proximity to downtown Columbus. The city is very walkable with tree-lined streets, inviting gourmet restaurants, coffee houses and area parks. Grandview Heights schools are considered among the best in Columbus.
You can tell that this is a very desirable area. Home prices have not declined over the past few years. There are new luxury condo developments in the center of Grandview. I can’t imagine a better place to search for Columbus condos.
Based on my evaluation this house is an excellent value for its list price of $280,000.

This house is not 1971 sq feet. It is only 1571. Please correct.
Scott, thank you for taking the time to read my blog. The auditor shows that this home has 1,571 sqft, however, there is a room addition to the rear of the property, which adds at least 400 sqft to the living area. This addition is comprised of the 1st floor master bedroom, the master bath and an extension to the kitchen. You can tell on my photos. I’d be happy to give you a tour so you can see for yourself. Let me know if you have any other questions!
